week 9 during Easter's break

Reflection on the week 9 seminar:

Group work only:

During Easter's break our team have planed to meet up again to put the information gathered from the last meeting with the manager of the business, as we were all of us able to arrange a day and come to university we worked as group and every one of us had brought his things to the table. Once we met we went to the computer room and we started doing some analyses and thinking of best ways to come up with suggestions and solutions that we found out accordingly to the problems that the business is currently facing in It systems.

As the discussions had started we came up with few solution at first that we relevant but not sufficent enough to solve out all problems, I thought we had made a good start already because it didn't really matter how much we brought up, in contrast, it was extremely important for us to bring up with efficient solution. eventually, effectively at the end of the day after making some efforts the seeds of success has commenced raising up as fruit, we have been able to decide best solutions that could be relevantly applicable to the business, by being also aware of our teachers advice and suggestions.

After finding out 3 of such things, problems, solutions and suggestion. the work was nearly finished, we only had to put all of that through our work sheets on power points software and present it. The team has organized itself we all took job roles and we split it into individual work. so, everyone, has the chance to contribute. finally and lastly when every one has finished as we kept been in  touch with each other we met up another day during the break and we settled the presentation as we put it apart on power point. there was only delivering it and presenting the only thing that left before the death-line of the submission.
