Reflection on the week 3 seminar:

Lecture:

This week's lecture on Monday the 12th of February 2018, we talked the importance of managing IS infrastructure and services and how it helps us in business organizations. the heading or the title of the topic did seem to be clear for me at first, which made me feel uncomfortable. however, when our tutor went deep into details and explained by elaborating how it works, it fascinated me that the IS  infrastructures and services are a huge range of software that is useful and helpful in management.  

Seminar:

Regarding this week's seminar on Friday the 16th of February 2018, we carried on the work we started last week as we recapitulated it to remember the formulas and everything else. The most important part of the class is that we also looked at new things on excel as well as practicing new exercises, for instance, how to do spreadsheets calculating COSTS, AVERAGES, PERCENTAGES and so on, which allowed me and helped me to learn new formulas and how to lay-out the sheet properly.

When I look back 3 weeks ago, I find my self I was not able to deal with excel and work on it as much as I could now, after this effort I am so glad that my level on excel has progressed a lot and that I can work-out things on it, this made me feel positive and motivated to see more and learn new things on excel in the next coming seminars. 

Groupe work:

concerning our group work about the assignment we have to submit, my group and myself have moved on and progressed so that we can be doing the work chronologically in order with the numbers of the weeks left of the semester. we have already, distinguish the problems of the business that we have chosen and disused them according to think of the solution.
